CPLPハイライト

CPLP（Certified Professional in Learning and Performance）とは、ATDが発行・認証している資格の名称です。取得には、知識試験と実技試験（規定に従ったワークプロダクトの提出）をクリアする必要があります。CPLPを取得することにより、組織・人材開発プロフェッショナルに求められる基礎能力を有していることが客観的に証明されます。欧米企業の組織・人材開発部門や、コンサルタントの間では一般的となっている資格です。
